We spent only one night at Real Haciendas but wish we could have stayed longer. The staff, especially Luis, were so helpful with restaurant, transport and Chichen Itza recommendations. The pool, gardens & lobby are lovely and there is also a shared kitchen which was very handy. It is only a few minutes walk to the main square. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. A single night stay in the beautiful town of Valladolid to visit Chichen Itza which is one hour away by car. Out stay a the lovely Real Hacienda was just perfect. Spotlessly clean, quiet and so welcoming. The ideal spot for an easy stroll into town. Luis who welcomed us was just fantastic. He suggested places to eat and see and organised transport to ruins for us. He was just fantastic!!

Real Hacienda is a quaint, yet vibrant hotel. Kitchen with a personal bin in the refrigerator, which needs more ice trays. There’s a hint. Toaster oven and kitchenware. The grounds consist of eye candy everywhere. Pool was clean with hammocks too! I really enjoyed sitting out there early and listening to nature come alive. It was really awesome. The roosters start the show and it became a symphony. My room was comfy and the shower was wonderful, especially after a long walk. Shampoo and soap, even washcloths! The front desk employees were truly the best. Anything you ask, if they don’t know they will find out. Louis was my day guy go to, and a good man. A real asset to Real Hacienda. He even waited with me in front to ensure I got to the station. This hotel impressed me in every way!

Me encantó alojarme en este hotel. Es pequeño y muy familiar. Los espacios comunes son un remanso de paz. Para nosotros era muy importante esto, ya que viajamos con un bebé de un año y medio y nos parecía muy bueno que tuviese una zona por la que poder caminar un poco y explorar. La cocina está equipadísima y es amplia. La piscina está en un rinconcito super agradable. La puerta principal se cierra sobre las 22h, aunque no haría ni falta porque se encuentra en una zona muy segura. La habitación puede parecer pequeña a simple vista, pero está super bien distribuida y tiene todo lo necesario. El mercado para desayunar rico y local está cerquísima. Pero sobre todo, lo más destacable fue la amabilidad del personal. Le doy un 100 sobre 10. Solo ten en cuenta que si eres muy sensible al ruido, hay unos gallos en alguna casa cercana que empiezan a cantar a las 2 a.m. Personalmente no me molestaba mucho. No se oyen super cerca.

Excellent hotel, propre, avec un personnel à l 'accueil professionnel et dynamique. Chambre spacieuse, literie de bonne qualité. Joli jardin devant les chambres Cuisine à disposition. Tres bien situé et calme. Parking hors de l hotel à 30 mètres.

Posto incantevole . Bellissima accoglienza da parte di tutto lo staff . Vicinissimo al cenotes nel centro di Valladolid . Offre tour privati o con taxi . La struttura è bellissima . Curata e con moltissime piante . Offre anche una piscina . Le camere spaziose e pulite . Grazie ☺️

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Es befindet sich ein Oxxo direkt neben der Unterkunft. Der Markt der Stadt ist nur 4 Minuten entfernt und man kann dort einheimisches Essen zu sehr günstigen Preisen essen. Außerdem befindet sich eine Cenote direkt ums Eck.

This was one of the best places we have stayed in the 3 months we have spent in Mexico. Julio,Brenda and their staff have found the perfect formula for a top class stay. Nothing was too much trouble.The property is so well designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Loved the lounge and pool areas and the bonus of having a kitchen to use. A few minutes walk from the centre it was perfectly located. We could barely drag ourselves away to go sightseeing but Julio helped us out to arrange a private taxi tour to some of the quieter cenotes which was fabulous. We loved it here.
