Excellent séjour à Real Haciendas : l’hôtel est très beau, la chambre joliment décorée, le lit est grand et confortable, et la localisation est idéale, proche du centre et juste à côté du cenote de la ville. Le personnel était également très sympathique et attentionné. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Sehr sauberes, schönes kleines Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet… super Lage.. nähe Busterminal und zentral gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal, Luis von der Reception war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend Würde definitiv wieder kommen

Real Haciendas is een prettige plek om te verblijven. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en geven je hele goede tips over wat je kunt bezoeken in de regio en waar je het beste kunt eten. Zij spreken ook goed Engels. De hond, Kia, is ook zo lief. De kamers zijn niet heel groot, maar de bedden zijn goed, prima douche en een hele fijne gezamenlijke keuken om daar jouw eten en drinken koud te leggen. Het zwembad is heerlijk om in af te koelen. Ook is er goede wifi. De stad is op een prima loopafstand.

We had a wonderful stay here. The town itself is beautiful, and the hotel is in a great location for exploring everything Valladolid has to offer. The room and pool area were very comfortable, even on very hot days. All of the staff in the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Luis gave us some great recommendations for things to do and see during our stay, and Rodrigo was really helpful during check out. Highly recommend!

La habitacion estuvo increible, contaba con jacuzzi y una amaca la cual distrutamos mucho, el servicio excelente, es un pequeño pueblo que es muy bonito y muy seguro, había muchos lugares que pudimos visitar y toda la gente es muy amable, realmente si tenemos oportunidad nos hospedariamos aqui de nuevo.

Très belle Hecienda, typique et calme, à quelques minutes de la Cenote et du centre ville de Valladolid. Les personnes présentes sont très sympathiques et parlent couramment anglais ce qui facilite les échanges. Très cordiaux également.

Hermoso lugar! Mejor de cómo luce en las fotos, Luis el chico de la recepción súper amable y muy agradable! Magnífica ubicación cerca de la catedral de Valladolid, el mercado de artesanías y de muy buenos lugares para comer y pasar el rato. 10 de 10. Seguramente volveremos!

Really amazing service both from Luis behind the reception and the owner. Very friendly people, and they’ve helped us tremendously with booking tours/colectivos. Luis already helped us upfront over WhatsApp and was very responsive. The hacienda looks super cozy and welcoming and the rooms are very nice with large beds. Amazing place in all aspects! Totally recommend.
